Service in every product must have had a flower whose name service, for what..? Flower of Service is divided into three components;
1. Core product, 2. Facilitating services (information, order taking, billing and payment) and 3. Enhancing services (consultation, hospitality, safekeeping, and exceptions).
Explanation;
1. Core product: a product of what services we offer.
2. Information: a product offered must be accompanied by complete information so that potential customers know us and know our products well and clearly.
3. Order-taking: here the intention is to consumers in the ease of contacting or getting our product and services, such as the ease of booking or purchase.
4. Billing: it is understandable for this, because this is about the payment and get it in a form of proof of payment.
5. Payment: ease of payment is one thing that is important, because the easier for consumers to pay can increase curiosity and try products that we offer.
6. Consultation: consultation is a thing that can make a person to be comfortable and safe, because when he was very confused in choosing or deciding something, someone or a third party who knows and knows well the products they sell and can only help consumers in choosing things that match or fit with the desires of consumers.
7. Hospitality: comfort becomes important for consumers, it can be seen by determining the location of a product market, it is seen to know how consumers conveniently and easily within reach of product offerings. comfort is not only needed by sellers who trade in retail modern, yet traditional retail else should pay attention to this, so that consumers do not switch to competitors.
8. Safekeeping: in addition to comfort, security is another important thing for consumers to feel comfortable, because they do not want to enjoy a vacation or shopping to mess around with the thought, a parked car, wallet in the pocket because many pickpockets and other things that can disturb their comfort in shopping.
9. Exceptions: it can be necessary for consumers to feel comfortable and safe to consume the products offered, such as products offered are food, so consumers who have a special request not to use certain materials that can harm the health of the consumer.
Flower of Service's sample;
If the above is one less, then it might be a product / service can be reduced in value in the eyes of consumers. same thing with flower petals, if a fracture or fall out, then the interest will decrease the value of beauty. it should be in selling a product / service at least be able to meet it. A very interesting article (and concept, btw). Service provider can use this concept as their reference/standard for their service, so that their service is better (and more competitive) :)
