Fast Relaxation

You don't have to spent hours relaxing every part of your body to get relax and fall a sleep quickly, and cure insomnia. Hours and hours of relaxation are not needed! 90% of your body's tension is in 10% of your muscles, and don't forget the most important thing.. which is.. target the key areas

Step 1 : Jaw Relaxation

The jaw is the strongest muscle area in terms of  exorted force. The world record for bites strength is nine hundred and seventy five foot pound (975 ft lb) for 2 seconds. That's a lot of tension.

Start with a very firm massage of your masseter muscle (midi part of your upper jaws infront of and below your ears).
Free up musles knots.
Free up tension locked in your jaws and go for a 'good hurt' feeling.

Step 2 : Palm Squeeze

Press the side of your jaws with your palms
Use a lot of force and your jaw slack

Step 3 : The Jaws Strecth

Absolutely critical to fast relaxation, stretch your jaws with your hands

High Way to A Resolution

Tuesday, February 7, 2012 3 comments

Everyone, at some point in their lives, wake up in the middle of the night with the feeling that they are all alone in the world, and nobody loves them now and that nobody will ever love them, and that they will never have a decent nights sleep again and spend their lives wandering blearily around a loveless landscape.

Hoping desperately that their circumstances will improve, but suspecting in their heart of hearts, that they will remain unloved forever.

The best thing to do in these circumstances is to wake somebody else up, so that they can feel this way too.

Your Bass Speakers are AMAZING!

Dear Neighbor,

brittneyisbaked.tumblr.com

Your car's sound system is amazing. It is so loud and the bass is so rockin' that it actually shakes all of the apartment buildings in the complex. Awesome!

This is exceptionally rad when you pull up at 3:30 in the morning and wake up the entire community. Wicked awesome!

We are all very impressed with your super cool sound system. Don't even think about turning it down when you pull up to the buildings you share with hundreds of other people.

I kill people in my mind
Now and then i think of all the times you screwed me over. But had me believing it was always something that i'd done.

I'm happy but sad, i want to die but i don't, i love you but i hate you, i'm tired but i'm not, i'm fine but not really, i can't talk to you but i can't not talk to you.

We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful what we pretend to be.

The best investments in Healthy Life

Monday, December 19, 2011 2 comments
To remain healthy and keep your body operating as it should, you’ll need to invest in vitamins and supplements.  You can find them online or at local nutrition stores, many of which won’t cost you much money at all.

No matter what your age may be, you’ll need to ensure that you are eating the right foods and taking the right foods.  Keep in mind that you should never replace food with vitamins, as they are more less meant to give you additional nutrients and minerals.

Anytime you aren’t able to eat the right food, you should always turn to vitamin supplements to give your body what it needs.  Supplements and vitamins are one of the best investments you can make, as everyone needs vitamins in their body.

Even though the costs may add up over time, it is more than worth it when you think about.  For what you spend in vitamins and supplements, you’ll be keeping your body healthy - and preventing a deficiency in vitamins. Although vitamin deficiency is very common these days, it doesn’t have to be.

The right vitamins and supplements

Even though you may be following a healthy diet, you’ll still need to take vitamins and supplements.  No matter how healthy you eat, you should still use the right vitamins and supplements to give your body what it needs.  Vitamins are a great back up source, as they will provide your body with the minerals and nutrients it needs in the event of your diet failing you.

Before or after every meal that you consume, you should take vitamins or supplements.  If you have a deficiency in a certain vitamin or vitamins, you should make sure that you never miss taking the vitamin you need.  Even though you may not realize it, being deficient in a vitamin can greatly damper your performance as well as the overall health of your body.

When you look for supplements, you should always look for those that contain vitamins B6, B12, D, E, and folic acid.  Along with being considered dietary supplements, these well known vitamins will help to fight cancer and help your heart remain healthy.  The combination of these vitamins will help your body to remain healthy, boost your immune system, and keep you feeling refreshed.

A Lack Of Vitamins

Wednesday, December 14, 2011 0 comments
Everyone knows that the human body needs a certain amount of vitamins and minerals everyday to function properly and remain healthy. A well balanced diet can supply your body with the vitamins it needs, although problems and disorders can arise if your diet doesn’t supply your body with the vitamins it needs.

The symptoms of vitamin deficiency will normally present themselves when the lack of vitamins is at an advanced level.

Those who don’t get enough of vitamins A, B1, and B2 for example, will always feel tired, along with a loss of appetite. Other symptoms include mental and emotional stress, chapped lips, and other annoying or painful habits.

The most common causes of deficiency include a poor diet, alcoholism, stress, a lack of vitamins, or medicine that interferes with your ingestion of vitamins. If you are always feeling tired or feeling a lack of energy, you are probably short on the vitamins that your body needs to have on a daily basis.

If you visit your doctor and tell him the problem, he will probably recommend vitamins and supplements that will give you want you need. Whatever you do, you should never overdo it and try to catch up on what you’ve been missing - as this will do you more harm than good.

The dentist's type of services

The dentist's type of services

Most dental practises limited the number and type of services they performed. In generally, a routine dental practice provided regular day-to-day services, such as check-ups, teeth cleaning, cavity filling, and minor corrective treatments.

If the patient's need were outside the scop of practice's usual treatments, the dentist would then refer the patient to a dentist who specialized in those procedures. For example, a patient who required the removal of wisdom teeth would be referred to a dental surgeon, or a patient requiring orthodontic would be referred to an orthodontist.

This allowed dentist to focus on specific areas of treatment with the hope of providing the highest possible quality of care. This resulted in most dental practices maintaining relationships with specialized dentist who focused on other areas of patient care.
